Ingredients
- 4 ounces roquefort cheese, crumbled or 4 ounces blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted, softened
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a medium bowl untl well combined.
- 2 spoon atop food just as serving to prevent excessive melting.
