Saucy Breaded Steak

Ingredients

  • 250 g beef steaks
  • flour, as required
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hp steak sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red chile, crushed
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, sauce
  • breadcrumbs, as required
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley

Recipe

  • 1 marinate the beef with all the ingredients given under heading"marinade" and keep refrigerated for 24 hours.
  • 2 remove from fridge and dip each steak in flour.
  • 3 in a bowl mix all the ingredients under heading"dip" and keep aside.
  • 4 in another bowl mix all the ingredients written under"coat" and keep aside.
  • 5 dip the steaks one by one into the"dip" and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • 6 deep fry them till nice and brown.
  • 7 the steak can be coated and preserved for up to 2 days in the fridge.
  • 8 but place plastic sheet between each steak to prevent from sticking to each other.
