Mushroom Sauce

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (10 ounce) package baby portabella mushrooms
  • olive oil
  • 1/4 cup steak sauce
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

Recipe

  • 1 saute mushrooms in a little olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium high heat for 5 mins., stirring occasionally.
  • 2 in a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients and add to mushrooms. bring to boil. reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minute serve over beef.
