- 1 saute mushrooms in a little olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium high heat for 5 mins., stirring occasionally.
- 2 in a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients and add to mushrooms. bring to boil. reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minute serve over beef.
