Saucy Lamb Steak

Total Time: 3 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 lamb blade steak
  • 1 cup undiluted tomato soup (about 3/4 can)
  • 3 -4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons beer
  • 4 tablespoons heinz chili sauce

Recipe

  • 1 mix sauce ingredients together.
  • 2 refrigerate for at least one hour before using.
  • 3 trim excess fat from lamb steak.
  • 4 if possible, cut it in half.
  • 5 put half of the lamb steak in bottom of a crockpot.
  • 6 spread some of the sauce on top of the steak.
  • 7 lay the other half on top of that.
  • 8 pour the remainder of the sauce onto the steak.
  • 9 cook on high for 2 hours.
  • 10 turn down to low and cook another 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender and falling off the bone.
