Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs top round steaks (about 3/4-inch thick)
- salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 6 ounces snow peas, strings removed
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 season steak with salt and black pepper. lightly coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. add steak and cook for 4 minutes per side for medium rare. remove from heat.
- 2 transfer steak to a cutting board and let sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
- 3 meanwhile, in same pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. add bell pepper, onions, and garlic. cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes.
