Sliced Steak Pizzaiola

Total Time: 26 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 11 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 (1 1/2 lb) beef flank steak
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning, crushed
  • 2 cups prego tradtional pasta sauce

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in a large skillet. add steak and cook about 8 minutes or until browned.
  • 2 remove steak. add onions, garlic and italian seasoning and cook until tender.
  • 3 return steak to pan. add pasta sauce.
  • 4 cook over low heat until desired doneness, about 3 minutes for medium-rare.
  • 5 slice steak into thin diagonal slices. serve with sauce.
