Sliced Steak Pizzaiola

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 (1 1/2 lb) beef flank steak
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning, crushed
- 2 cups prego tradtional pasta sauce
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in a large skillet. add steak and cook about 8 minutes or until browned.
- 2 remove steak. add onions, garlic and italian seasoning and cook until tender.
- 3 return steak to pan. add pasta sauce.
- 4 cook over low heat until desired doneness, about 3 minutes for medium-rare.
- 5 slice steak into thin diagonal slices. serve with sauce.
