- 1 -2 lb ham steak, thickly sliced
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
Recipe
- 1 place ham in an ungreased 13x9 baking dish and set aside.
- 2 mix remaining ingredients together and pour over ham steak.
- 3 bake at 350º for 30 minutes, basting often.
