Honey Mustard Ham

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 lb fully cooked ham steak, about 1-inch thick
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons honey mustard (equal parts)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 green onion, chopped (2 tbsp)

Recipe

  • 1 cut ham into 4 serving pieces. mix water and honey mustard in a large skillet. add ham.
  • 2 cover and heat to boiling; reduce heat to low and simmer about 10 minutes, turning ham once, until ham is hot.
  • 3 remove ham from skillet and keep warm. stir sour cream into skillet and heat for 1 minute. do not boil!. pour over ham and sprinkle with green onion.
