Mediterranean Baked Halibut

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 plum tomatoes, cut 1/4-inch thick
- 4 halibut steaks, approx. 1 pound
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/3 cup kraft light zesty reduced-fat italian salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 2/3 cups hot cooked brown rice
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 arrange half of the tomato slices on bottom of 9 inch square baking dish.
- 3 top with fish, onions and remaining tomatoes.
- 4 drizzle with dressing.
- 5 sprinkle with capers.
