Mediterranean Burgers

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/2 lbs ground chicken
- 1 cup plain yogurt (we did fat-free, but full-fat will make thicker burgers)
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sweet paprika
- 1 tablespoon seasoning (can be grill, steak, burger, chicken, ect..)
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Recipe
- 1 in a big mixing bowl --
- 2 mix all ingredients together in bowl, just as they come.
- 3 then form 4 equal sized patties about 1 inch thick
- 4 pre-heat large, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- 5 add the 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil to the skillet to coat the bottom of the pan in a thin layer.
- 6 add patties to skillet.
- 7 cook 6-7 minutes on each side.
- 8 enjoy a healthy, flavorful burger!
- 9 suggest pairing with the fattoush salad!
- 10 note: you could also just through these burgers on the grill!
