Mama Staskus' Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
• 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
• 3/4 cup rolled oats
• 1 egg
• 1/4 onion, chopped
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon steak sauce

Recipe

• 1 combine all ingredients except steak sauce and mix well. press into loaf pan to mold. remove formed loaf from pan and place on broiler pan. brush outside of loaf with steak sauce. bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
