Grilled Tuna Steaks

Total Time: 52 mins Preparation Time: 40 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup fresh squeezed tangerine juice
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 4 (4 ounce) tuna steaks

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium bowl, whisk the tangerine juice, lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, cayenne pepper, parsley, garlic, oregano, pepper, and salt until well blended.
  • 2 place tuna steaks in bowl and turn to coat.
