Crock-pot Smothered Chinese Pepper Steak

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs round steaks, cut into thin strips
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes
- 1 onion, cut into rings
- 2 green bell peppers, cut into strips
- 3 tablespoons light soy sauce

- 1 garlic clove, smashed
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
- 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 cup bean sprouts (optional)
Recipe
- 1 put steak, flour, pepper in crock-pot. stir until well coated.
- 2 add remaining ingredients.
- 3 cover and cook on low 8 hours.
- 4 (high for 4 hours).
- 5 remove cover to thicken.
- 6 serve over noodles or rice.
