Grilled Flank Steak

Total Time: 6 hrs 12 mins Preparation Time: 6 hrs Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (2 -3 lb) flank steaks, 1/2-inch thick
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 cup sherry wine
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients except meat. pour over steak and marinate for at least 6 to 8 hours.
  • 2 grill over hot flame for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once.
