- 1 (2 -3 lb) flank steaks, 1/2-inch thick
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 cup sherry wine
- salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except meat. pour over steak and marinate for at least 6 to 8 hours.
- 2 grill over hot flame for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once.
