- 1 1/2 lbs flank steaks
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 heat broiler.
- 2 season steak with salt and pepper.
- 3 broil steak about 6-inches from heating element, turning once, about 8 to 10 mintues, or until medium rare.
