Ingredients
- 24 ounces fresh swordfish steaks, cut 1-inch thick
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed, if fresh, finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine oil, vinegar, onion, rosemary, and 1/4 teaspoons salt. add fish. marinate 1 hour at room temperature, turning once.
- 2 remove fish, reserving marinade. grill fish, 5 to 7 minutes per side, brushing often with marinade.
