Grilled Swordfish With Rosemary

Total Time: 1 hr 14 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 14 mins

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces fresh swordfish steaks, cut 1-inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed, if fresh, finely chopped

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, combine oil, vinegar, onion, rosemary, and 1/4 teaspoons salt. add fish. marinate 1 hour at room temperature, turning once.
  • 2 remove fish, reserving marinade. grill fish, 5 to 7 minutes per side, brushing often with marinade.
  • 3 enjoy!
