Grilled T-bone Steaks With Bbq Rub

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 -4 well-trimmed beef t-bone steaks (about 2 to 4 pounds) or 2 -4 porterhouse steaks, cut 1 inch thick (about 2 to 4 pounds)
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine rub ingredients; press evenly onto beef steaks.
  • 2 place steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals.
  • 3 grill, uncovered, 14 to 16 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning 4 times.
  • 4 remove bones and carve steaks into slices, if desired.
  • 5 season with salt, as desired.
