Grilled Tri-tip Beef

- 2 -3 lbs tri-tip steak or 2 -3 lbs bottom sirloin
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon hungarian paprika
- 1 teaspoon mexican oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- favorite salsa
Recipe
- 1 fire up the grill.
- 2 oil the grate.
