Grilled Tri-tip Beef

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 -3 lbs tri-tip steak or 2 -3 lbs bottom sirloin
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon hungarian paprika
  • 1 teaspoon mexican oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • favorite salsa

Recipe

  • 1 fire up the grill.
  • 2 oil the grate.
  • 3 cook the tri-tip about ten minutes on each side for medium rare.
