Lamb Steak Chop Suey

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/4 cup mazola corn oil
- 1 1/2 cups diced lamb steak
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 can drained lachoy bean sprouts
- 1/3 cup cold water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons lachoy soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional, i don't use this)
Recipe
- 1 pour shortening into a hot skillet.
- 2 add the lamb steak and seer quickly.
- 3 add onion and fry for 5 minutes.
- 4 add celery, salt, pepper and hot water.
- 5 cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- 6 add drained, lachoy bean sprouts.
- 7 mix thoroughly and heat to a boiling point.
- 8 add flavoring and thickening ingredients.
- 9 stir lightly and cook 5 minutes.
- 10 can be served over lachoy chow mein noodles, or over rice.
