Sirloin Sizzler

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3-4
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lb beaf steak, 1-inch thick
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • in shallow dish mix together vinegar, oil, garlic, rosemary ,pepper and salt.
  • add steak in and coat in that spices .
  • marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes turning once.
  • heat grilled pan over medium to high heat 
  • cook steak  for 12-15 minutes  turn it when its done from one side or until cooked
  • transfer to cutting board and roll with foil.
  • let stand few minutes before slicing.
