Smokin' Shish Kabobs Marinade

Total Time: 24 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 24 hrs

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup italian salad dressing, oil type
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons a.1. original sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 dashes celery salt
  • 2 dashes ground mustard
  • 2 dashes garlic powder
  • 2 dashes onion powder
  • 2 dashes dry b-b-q seasoning
  • 5 drops liquid smoke

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients well.
  • 2 reserve about 1/2 of marinade.
  • 3 put meat into a large sealable plastic bag and seal tightly.
  • 4 soak meat in this mixture for at least 6 hours.
  • 5 over night is better.
  • 6 turn meat over occasionally.
  • 7 put shisk kabobs together.
  • 8 place on hot grill.
  • 9 brush with marinade 3-4 times during cooking.
  • 10 good for beef, lamb, or chicken.
  • 11 descard leftover marinade.
