Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 4 lamb steaks, butterfly
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl combine the first 6 ingredients.
- 2 place lamb medallions on a lightly oiled grill tray, brush with orange mixture.
- 3 cook under high heat for 5 minutes each side brushing with orange mixture occasionally while cooking.
- 4 nice served with a simple tossed salad.
