Lamb Steaks With A Orange Rosemary Sauce

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 4 lamb steaks, butterfly

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl combine the first 6 ingredients.
  • 2 place lamb medallions on a lightly oiled grill tray, brush with orange mixture.
  • 3 cook under high heat for 5 minutes each side brushing with orange mixture occasionally while cooking.
  • 4 nice served with a simple tossed salad.
