Nana's Crispy Beef And Noodles

Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 8 ounces medium-wide noodles 
- 1/4 cup olive oil 
- 1/4 cup butter 
- 2 cups beef or 2 cups lamb roast, slivered 
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped 
- 1 teaspoon dry basil 
- 1/2 teaspoon salt 
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano 
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper 
-  grated parmesan cheese 
Recipe
- 1 boil water for noodles and cook noodles until al dente. 
- 2 while waiting for the water to boil, combine olive oil and butter in a frying pan over medium heat. add meat and cook, stirring occasionally, until meat is crisp and browned, about 5 minutes 
- 3 add parsley, basil, salt, oregano,and pepper. cook just until parsley begins to turn limp. 
- 4 drain noodles and place in shallow serving bowl.
