Nana's Crispy Beef And Noodles

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 8 ounces medium-wide noodles
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cups beef or 2 cups lamb roast, slivered
  • 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dry basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 boil water for noodles and cook noodles until al dente.
  • 2 while waiting for the water to boil, combine olive oil and butter in a frying pan over medium heat. add meat and cook, stirring occasionally, until meat is crisp and browned, about 5 minutes
  • 3 add parsley, basil, salt, oregano,and pepper. cook just until parsley begins to turn limp.
  • 4 drain noodles and place in shallow serving bowl.
  • 5 spoon sauce over noodles and toss lightly. sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and serve.
