Paprika-buttered Cauliflower

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 heads , cauliflowers
- water
- salt
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons paprika
Recipe
- 1 cut off the tough stem ends of each cauliflower and remove most of the outer leaves. leave the cauliflowers intact.
- 2 place th cauliflowers in a pot filled with about 1 1/2 inches of boiling salted water, flower side down. cover, steam about 15 minute until tender-crisp.
- 3 meanwhile, saute the onions in heated butter until soft. add paprika.
- 4 drain the cauliflowers. arange on serving dish. top with the onion mixture. serve immediately.
- 5 good served with marinated flank steak, baked or shoestring potatoes and rainbow sherbert for dessert.
