Pineapple Chutney That Goes With My Bacon Wrapped Steak

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup wine
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup shallot

Recipe

  • 1 put the shallots and pineapple and ginger in the pan and cook it for 4 mins at medium temp.
  • 2 once it has cooked for the 4 mins pour in the wine to deglaze it (continuously stirring).
  • 3 then cook it until all the wine is absorbed on med temp.
  • 4 once that’s done turn off the heat and put the sugar, salt, and pepper in it.
  • 5 then stir it around to get all the stuff coated evenly.
