Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup wine
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1/2 cup shallot
Recipe
- 1 put the shallots and pineapple and ginger in the pan and cook it for 4 mins at medium temp.
- 2 once it has cooked for the 4 mins pour in the wine to deglaze it (continuously stirring).
- 3 then cook it until all the wine is absorbed on med temp.
- 4 once that’s done turn off the heat and put the sugar, salt, and pepper in it.
- 5 then stir it around to get all the stuff coated evenly.
