Red Wine Steaks

Total Time: 36 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 boneless sirloin steaks
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • fresh ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 for the marinade, place wine, worcestershire sauce, mustard and black pepper to taste in a shallow dish and whisk to combine.
  • 2 add steaks to marinade and set aside for at least 30 minutes.
