Garlic Steak Fingers

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 2 lbs round steaks
• 1 cup flour
• 1 tablespoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1 cup oil

Recipe

• 1 cut round steak into fingers about 2 x 6 inches.
• 2 mix flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper together.
• 3 dredge steak in flour mixture until fully coated.
• 4 drop into hot oil and fry until browned.
