Grilled Flank Steak

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (2 lb) flank steaks
Recipe
- 1 combine marinade ingredients.
- 2 pour over steak and let marinate for at least 4 hours (overnight is fine).
- 3 turn a few times.
- 4 broil over hot charcoal for 5 minutes each side.
- 5 slice steak in thin pieces.
- 6 make sure you cut against the grain.
