My Take On Mom's Meatloaf

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon steak sauce
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 5 medium mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped sweet onion
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lb lean ground beef

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients. crumble beef over mixture and mix well. shape into loaf; place in a 11-in x 7 in baking dish with cooking spray.
  • 2 bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35-40 min or until no pink remains an a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees. let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
