Grilled Flank Steak

Ingredients
- 2 lbs flank steaks, trimmed and scored on both sides
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon black pepper, freshly ground
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/3 cup lemon juice, from fresh lemon
- 1/4 cup cilantro, freshly chopped
Recipe
- 1 combine all marinade ingredients in a large zip lock bag (gallon size).
- 2 add flank steak. seal bag and place in casserole dish big enough to hold steak flat. turn and shake a few times to get marinade all over meat. refrigerate and marinate overnight, turning occasionally.
- 3 remove steak from marinade, and grill on high heat for 5 minutes. turn with tongs and grill on other side until desired doneness, about 3 minutes for rare.
