Honey Garlic Ribs

Ingredients

- 6 -8 lbs baby back ribs
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 4 tablespoons soya sauce
- 1 cup bottled steak sauce
- 6 tablespoons wine
- 1 cup chinese plum sauce
- 2 (16 ounce) jars liquid honey
- 6 tablespoons molasses
Recipe
- 1 put ribs in large pot, cover with water, add next 5 ingredients.
- 2 bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.
- 3 remove from heat and allow to cool, covered, for one hour in liquid.
- 4 mix sauce ingredients well.
- 5 remove ribs from water and place in baking pan, cover with sauce.
- 6 cover pan with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for one hour, stirring periodically.
