Mom's Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) can beef broth (bouillon)
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lawry's seasoned salt
- 1 -2 lb flank steak
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in ziplock bag or possibly glass dish.
- 2 marinate steak overnight for best flavor.
- 3 grill on barbecue (best) or possibly broil to taste - i usually eat steaks med rare but i find this tastes best med/med well (very slightly pink in the middle).
- 4 slice thin against grain.
