Mom's Marinated Flank Steak

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) can beef broth (bouillon)
  • 1 bunch green onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lawry's seasoned salt
  • 1 -2 lb flank steak

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in ziplock bag or possibly glass dish.
  • 2 marinate steak overnight for best flavor.
  • 3 grill on barbecue (best) or possibly broil to taste - i usually eat steaks med rare but i find this tastes best med/med well (very slightly pink in the middle).
  • 4 slice thin against grain.
