Quick Peppered Steak

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 thin minute steaks
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper, coarsely ground
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/4 cup sherry wine
- 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
Recipe
- 1 press pepper into fast-fry steaks.
- 2 saute in butter over medium-high heat for 1 minute per side.
- 3 reduce heat to medium and add remaining ingredients.
- 4 saute for 2 minutes per side and remove steaks from pan.
- 5 boil sauce until it's been reduced by half and pour over steaks.
