Ingredients
- 2 cups virgin olive oil
- 3 cups sliced red onions or 3 cups shallots
Recipe
- 1 in a clean glass container, combine oil and onions.
- 2 cover with plastic wrap and place in a cool place for 6 hours.
- 3 remove onions with a slotted spoon.
- 4 pour oil in hot sterlized bottles and seal.
- 5 (use the onions for grilled steak or chicken).
