Mushroom Steak

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 lb round steak, cut into pieces
• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 cup red wine
• 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, with liquid
• 1/2 onion, sliced in rings
• pepper, to taste

Recipe

• 1 put round steak in crockpot and cover with onion rings.
• 2 combine the cream of mushroom soup, wine and mushrooms, with liquid.
• 3 pour soup mixutre over round steak.
• 4 pepper to taste (i used 3/4 tsp for a peppery finsh).
• 5 cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
