Red Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 dice red pepper.
  • 2 finely chop parsley.
  • 3 in 2 quart sauce pan heat oil on high, add red bell peppers and cook until tender.
  • 4 add remaining ingredients and cook on high to boiling. reduce heat to low and cook uncovered 10 minutes to blend flavors.
  • 5 keep warm until served.
