Dijon Grilled Swordfish

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 (1/2 lb) swordfish steaks (1-inch thick)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 5 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup butter

Recipe

  • 1 pat fish dry and brush with lemon juice.
  • 2 spread one side of fish with mustard and add a slice of butter.
