Ingredients
- 8 (1/2 lb) swordfish steaks (1-inch thick)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 5 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup butter
Recipe
- 1 pat fish dry and brush with lemon juice.
- 2 spread one side of fish with mustard and add a slice of butter.
- 3 grill fish, marinade side up until just opaque-about 12-15 minutes.
