Dry Rubbed Rib Eye Steak

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe

  • 1 rub on steaks all over then wrap in cling wrap tightly. store in fridge for up to 3 days then bbq.
  • 2 you can let sit for less time but the longer the better.
