Ingredients

- 1 cup butter (i prefer the salted butter)
- 3 ounces blue cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

- 1 beat all ingredients until smooth.
- 2 keep refrigerated.
- 3 great on toast, crackers dabbed on grilled steaks -- or placed inside baked potatoes!
