Steak Marinade

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sweet wine (i use reunite wine)
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe

• 1 mix all ingredients together well(make sure you desolve the sugar) and pour over steaks.put in frig until ready to cook steaks. i've found that the longer you marinate the better. i usually marinate ours for 6-8 hours. double recipe for more than 2 large steaks. i put ours in gallon baggies and turn them every few hours in frig. enjoy!
