- 4 rib eye steaks
- 1 1/2 cups soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix soy sauce, garlic, mustard, and pepper in a shallow baking dish or marinade pan.
- 2 add steaks to marinade, cover and refrigerate for 3-5 hours.
- 3 grill or broil to desired doneness.
