Ingredients

- 1 lb beef round steak
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup sliced green pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 pound steak to tenderize.
- 2 cut in 1/4 inch thick strips.
- 3 in wok or lg skillet, brown meat in oil.
- 4 add peppers, green onions and garlic.
- 5 stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.
- 6 mix cornstarch, water and soy sauce; add to skillet.
- 7 bring to a boil.
- 8 cook and stir for 1 minute.
