Saucy Beef Over Rice

• 1 large reynolds oven cooking bag
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 14 ounces stewed tomatoes
• 1 (3 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 lb beef sirloin steak (cut into thin strips)
• 2 cups hot cooked rice

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees,.
• 2 shake four in reynolds oven bag; place in 13x9x2 inch pan .
• 3 add undrained tomatoes, soup mix, water, and pepper to bag.
• 4 squeeze bag to blend ingredients, add beef to bag. turn bag to coat beef with the sauce. arrange ingredients in an even layer.
