Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns, coarsely ground
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients.
- 2 store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
- 3 rub on meat as desired.
